Extremely reliable and efficient service. Been using for a couple of years and nobody can price match. Also a toy order was lost and they replaced immediately. Happy Hattie with ball below.

Went to pick up an order. When I arrived and gave my order number, my order had not been picked, even though it was 2 days after placing the order. I was not very happy. But the staff got up my order and someone went to get it. They even loaded up my car. All in all the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.
The food I brought was a very good price and I will certainly buy from this company again.

My order didn’t arrive and after 2 weeks they apparently sent a new order and advised me it was with carrier for urgent delivery. I tracked the order 2 days later and the carrier do not have my order.
My elderly dog is now only 1 day away from no food and I will have to travel to find something for her as no local shops sell what she needs.
I do not recommend this incredibly unreliable, not fit for purpose company.

Although priced competitive , have placed 2 orders and had to chase both orders up, not impressed with delivery or customer service. Still waiting on a refund for damaged packs that had blown resulting in me having to wash all the packs in the box prior to use.

The staff have always been accommodating at short notice and their prices are cheaper than Amazon when you do their bottomless bowl deal, it's saved me lots of money on a big brand. I won't be going anywhere else.

My first order with this company, and the price was good - too good to be true it seems! My order (cat litter) should have arrived on 6th, today is the 9th. I looked at my order online which shows it was shipped with DPD on the 6th, clicked to link to track the order, the number wasn't recognised. Got through on the phone to be told it was going out today with DHL. Do I believe this? I have run out, so I now have to go and purchase cat litter and hump it home - it's heavy, the reason I have it delivered. Won't bother again and will stick with zooplus - what a disappointment from a company that claims much on their website, whereas the Google reviews tell a different story.
