Paid for a 6 month subscription and only received two pairs of socks! Absolute scam, do not use them, how do they get away with it! Email and phone numbers don't work either, so no way to get in touch and ask for a refund... 🙁 If I could give no stars I would!

This outfit doesn't answer its phone, nor does it respond to emails, but is happy to take money for subscriptions it doesn't send.

A lovely gift was bought for me of 1 year of socks a month from this scamming organisation. I received just one pair (which was sent to my address when the buyer asked for it not to be) then nothing else - in 7 months!!!

The details for the people responsible for the theft of people's money are there for all to see on the companies house website and although they originate in Leicester, the "office" is in Stratford upon Avon.

A visit to the office will be in order when next I'm in the area, for a refund, plus any incurred expenses.

Avoid!

Bought my dad a sock subscription for Christmas. The first pair of socks he received were nothing special, the second arrived late and the packaging was in terrible condition and he has not received anything since. I have attempted to contact the seller on numerous occasions and they do not respond to emails or answer the phone. Scammers!

Brought a year subscription as a gift for my dad and very disappointed that only one pair had arrived for January.

I did email them at the beginning of March asking about February's order and never got a response. And now another pair hasn't arrived for March. Checked my bank statements and the payments are going through, so now I'm wondering why I'm paying for something that's not even coming. Un-subscripted and cancelled all further transactions!

Rubbish company, signed up for a 6 month subscription in December only received two pairs and no explanation for the delay. Now their emails are being returned undeliverable. 'Not on the high street' need to take them off their website.

DO NOT BUY FROM this awful business!!!! I brought a six month subscription as a Christmas present, from the point I ordered it took 6 weeks for the subscription to come in the post, that was the last I’ve heard, I messaged numerous times on ‘not on the high street’ no response, Ive emailed not on the high street directly for them to say they’re having a lot of issues with this company!! Not sure why they still have them on the site if that’s the case!! I’ve emailed directly to the Henry j socks website, still no response! I’m currently going through not on the high street for a refund!! Terrible should be shut down!!
