I attended a 'Scent your wedding' experience at Jo Malone at the weekend. It was amazing! All the staff there are lovely and friendly and found them all well informed. I was served by Emma who was very professional and helpful and together, through a great process of elimination, found me a fragrance I am now in love with. I loved all of the small touches they incorporate to make you feel well pampered and relaxed, like the glass prosecco and the hand massage. It made for a very luxurious experience. I came away very happy and very much looking forward to wearing my new fragrance on my big day.

Well if I could give 6 stars to the ladies at Jo Malone- Stratford-upon-Avon, I would!
I get married in just 4 days time, my sister booked me The ‘Scent Your Wedding Experience’ as a treat to find my bridal Scent and what an experience it was, the whole team of ladies in the shop were warm and welcoming the whole time.
Olivia helped with my experience and was so helpful, kind and down to earth,
But Emma who ran our experience was out of this world. She made every second enjoyable for myself, my maid of honours and my mum, it was made so personal for us all, we laughed, relaxed and loved every second!
I would recommend this experience for any Bride to do with her ladies because it’s made me feel so special and excited for the day.
Thank you Ladies- we will of course be back with many pictures to show, and I will of course be smelling divine on my special day.

Arranged for my Sister to have a "Scent your Wedding" experience here. It was fantastic!
Emma and Monika made the experience fun and we all had a great time. They were very knowledgeable and there was no hard sell.
Despite this myself (maid of honour) our Mom and the Bride all left with bags full of goodies.
All the products are top quality and the scents are amazing.
The whole experience with a hand and arm massage with a glass of prosecco made for a very special afternoon.
Would recommend this to anyone getting married.

We attended Jo Malone in Stratford for a 'Scent Your Wedding' appointment and it was an amazing experience. Sarah made us feel so relaxed and was so knowledgeable. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. We had such a good time and we left feeling well cared for and so happy with the choices we made. I'd urge anyone to try this experience, you won't be disappointed!

Because of Covid-19 restrictions the service was very slow, Just making people aware to allow extra time. Once we were in the shop, the service was very good and they allow us all the time we want to look around and test the different ranges. The Oud Rose smells really nice.

I went with my mum for a Scent your Wedding appointment and we were absolutely blown away by how wonderful all of the lovely staff are at the Stratford branch. Abbey was wonderful, so kind and went out of her way to make our week. My wedding scent is the first Jo Malone I’ve ever purchased but I will 100% be back. Customer service like this doesn’t exist much on the High Street any more but the staff here are all a credit to the brand.

Had a really lovely time today. Four of us went for wedding day scent experience, my daughter is getting married in two days. Olivia and Lou were very knowledgeable about the scents and highlighted the different tones of each scent.We had an arm and hand massage which was a lovely treat. Would definitely reccomend.

Just the best time at my Scent Your Wedding experience with Monika and Lou. Thank you so much, so excited for us all to smell amazing on the big day. You were helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. Recommend this experience to all brides to be!!
