Lovely 'couple run' business. Overwhelming choice of quality e-juices, which is of course a good thing in a vape shop. Prices are reasonable to competitive; especially when purchasing products as a multi-purchase bundle. Very talkative, and have extensive knowledge on their products. Great location, easy to find, and parking isn't difficult to come by.

Should I return to Derby, I'll be sure to drop by again!

Went In yesterday to buy a new tank because I broke mine in the morning. Unfortunately later on I found out I had a dodgy one so I gave a text in the morning and he was happy to help solve the problem. Staff there are really helpful and will always help to solve your issue. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the future!

I think 1 of the staff needs educating on what products they sell. Try to tell me that 25ml dinner lady is priced at £14 or 2 for £25 (which is same price of the 50ml/60ml short-fill) even though I’ve purchased the both sizes at various prices before from them, but she seemed adamant it was and couldn’t explain why with size comparisons. Or even the fact you have to scan it on the barcode thing to tell you the price.
When asked if I can have sniff of one the products I was told we don’t open the “American liquids”, More interested in watching Saturday tv instead.

Lovely little shop the staff are very friendly and welcoming and always happy to help they stock a large range of juices mods tanks coils etc would definitely recommend and I will be a returning customer myself 5*

i was looking for box mod upgrade and seen most of the shops in derby but this one got more variety then any one else and prices are very good. and they got best MOD liquids.

Brilliant, Fantastic!
If like me, your new to vape this guy will really help you understand and will save you making those experimental mistakes. He Listens to you rather than just trying to flog you stuff.
I bought a cheap E-cig 18 months ago and wasn't impressed at all. I didn't even use the whole 10ml liquid before it got stuffed in a draw.
So when recently a mate bought me a decent Cool fire IV set up I was a bit dubious initially but was very soon impressed. I cut the Fags from 20 to just 2-3 a day in under a week. the only thing was i didn't like the mouthpiece it felt too big.
I went into a vape shop in town, to see if i could get a different mouthpiece. and they sold me a cheap nasty (and over-priced) top that uses the cheap coils and some cheap liquid. It worked for a few days before the coil went.
I was in a hurry when I took the blown coil into Iblaze and picked up a pack of cheap coils. but my battery set at 15W kept blowing them in a matter of minutes.

I went back to Iblaze this time with my e-cig and explained that i had blown up the five coils.
The guy was so helpful. He explained that I had a cheap top and cheap coils and a really good battery and that is why the coils had blown. That I should go back to my original top using BVC coils. He explained about the different coils and tops/tanks. He had some different mouthpieces one of which I bought. and he explained about the different types of liquids and PG/VG.
So I bought 15 ml of quality liquid too for £5. He cleaned my tank and showed me how to fit and prime the coil. The difference was incredible.
I wint be going back to the cheap nasty shops in town i'll tell you that!
