Jacqueline went above and beyond providing such a professional and friendly service! Excellent Customer Service & Workmanship from Ann and the workshop team. They are a fab team and were brilliant at fitting me in for pre MOT work despite a very heavy workload. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. Wouldn't use anyone else in the area! First Class & 5 Star!!

The level of service I have received here is superb. You hear the expression "going the extra mile" but they did much more than that. A complication that was not of their doing was dealt with promptly and without quible. Such nice people to deal with.

Started off, okay .had car 2 years and has needed repairs almost every 6 weeks since.
I believe the garage doesn't check the cars properly. i have had their loana car more times than I'd like to of had. I think they lie on MOT. I have told the garage since week 2 of having the car about blue smoke on high rev yet checked over, and nothing wrong with it. No problem, just age of car. Take the car back to the same place for MOT for Blue Smoke to be an advisory. How the hell?.
This garage has strung me along for way to long and I have had it I have half a A4 page of repairs they have had todo on the car yet they sold it to me on a green MOT pass and 3 days later I'm taking it back to get brake callipers changed. Would of returned car did ask but they said they will cover repairs for first 3mth and yes they did I had that car maybe 4week in the first 3 mth.

Try your best to do your own checks or shop elsewhere. They wasted my time and money a lot of money, and I have not been offered an apology for all the crap it's utterly shocking.

Just shop elsewhere. I don't recommend

The car was £5000 in the first place, so I expect better than what you get from a second had dealer of the Internet. But it turns out they are worse and are shadey about work carried out on car.
