Great service station to stop at for a refreshments and use the amenities on site which we're clean and tidy. Easy access to a self service Costa machine which helped to speed up the wait in the queue. It appeared to be busy but it didn't slow down the service and the time we had to wait to pay was fairly quick and we were able to drive on and off fairly easy to

Alright, and out the back there were a few decent coffee shops but probably wouldn't go again, my sat nav took me a way off route to just get back on the A38, there must be a quicker way, and premium unleaded was £1.75 a litre.

There's so much more here than the little waitrose and fuel. Out the back and outside, there are more food outlets and even a pub. There is a small seating area inside the little waitrose, but if you walk out the back, there's an even bigger seating area and a KFC. there are also picnic tables les outside. The waitrose has its usual high-quality good, wine, meal deals, and top-quality food! The range of items available is impressive for a service station, fresh flowers, Costa coffee self-service machines, and greetings cards! Well worth a visit to stock up on a long journey 😀.

Great stop for supplies in the early hours of the morning. Being open through the night is a definite bonus. Shell fuel, we didn't need any but noted it was a bit expensive.

I just want to give a big shout out to the manager of this garage/services regarding your staff members Riyah and Natalie who were working Saturday night 25.1.25.
These two ladies deserve the biggest commendation for their help, kindness and excellent customer service.
Very long story but I was lost in the dark, miles from home, faulty sat nav, low battery on phone, low charge on electric car and travelling alone after visiting very sick friend in Derby. These ladies were like angels and helped me re group, recharge so I could get home to Lancashire.
The services also have great facilities for food /drink ( I was there a while) and also noted was how clean the toilets were. There was a guy cleaning but I didn’t catch his name.
This is a little gem of a garage with everything you need and the fact it is open 24 hours a blessing.
I hope these staff members can be acknowledged for their customer care.

Outrageous expensive, miserable staff, dirty, no vegan basics and in general very disappointing and totally unneeded goods. Expect to queue for about 15min just for a packet of crisps.

Also check your change and the actual cost as staff like to double scan the same item.

Very good. The place is well kept. The staff are very helpful and friendly even at 01.30 . I parked here it's a good service area backed by some other eating places. And only a short walk to a superb village. recommend

This place is going downhill fast. Fuel is incredibly expensive. The food hall is empty.
