Hi, we stayed for two nights this week in Room 2…….a lovely brightly decorated room in a seaside theme. Room 2 had a quality bed with lovely comfy mattress, fluffy pillows, and an immaculate shower room. There was a well stocked in-room drinks tray and complimentary bathroom supplies. Breakfast was continental and comprised everything you could wish for. Beautiful fresh fruit salad, Greek yogurt, fruit yogurt, cheese selection, ham, hard boiled eggs, variety of breads, crumpets, croissants etc etc. All this was only enhanced by Clive, the very proud owner. Nothing was a problem for Clive or too much trouble and he’s happy to spend time chatting with his clients. We would highly recommend Lakeside if you are planning a trip to Hunstanton. Thank you Clive.

Gorgeous B&B. We stayed in room 3 with our 3 year old. It was finished to a high standard, very clean and in a gorgeous location.
Both the owner and the the lady helping us at breakfast were warm and welcoming. The lady was also great with our boy.
The breakfast was delicious. Very fresh and lots to choose from.
We all slept really well in a comfortable bed and the area was very quiet.
We would definitely stay again.Thank you for a lovely stay!

Really nice room, ours had a little private patio area. The shared space was nice as well, pleasant lounge and breakfast area, with a lovely deck overlooking the lake. Breakfast was continental style and nice as well. A quiet location just outside the main town. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed for one night, a real gem, peaceful and tucked away beside the lake, we had a warm welcome from Clive the owner who showed us around, we had room 3, good size, fresh looking, clean and tidy, very comfy bed with white linen, the usual tea and coffee facilities plus biscuits, bathroom decent size, clean with excellent shower, fluffy white towels.
Breakfast was continental style, plenty of lovely choices to be had.
Had a very enjoyable stay, would definitely return, can highly recommend.

What an absolute gem! Hidden away, beautiful surroundings. Immaculately clean and extremely well presented. Clive the owner greeted us both on arrival and Eve was our weekend host. She was amazing.
Great customer service. Went above and beyond.
Walking distance from the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants.
This is not just a B & B, it's a boutique B & B.
We spent 2 nights here to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary in room 4 just breathtaking. The view of the lakeside was stunning.
Highly recommend. Can't wait to return.

Hidden gem, a victorian water station next to a spring fed lake, with duck's and kingfishers and at night plenty of bats, perfect hosts and a beautiful room.
10mins walk to the beach, 15mins walk to pub. Will be back, loved it ❤️

Excellent hospitality and superb customer's service. We stayed in the spacious family suite, which was tastefully decorated, the view of the Lake was such a treat ! The short walk to the beach and Restaurant was very handy.
Thank you for the last minute booking and a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend the Lakeside B&B !
