Use the restaurant regular when we’re staying at our caravan in Heacham and decided to try the hotel for a New Year’s break. Absolutely exceeded our expectations checking in was simple and we were able to leave our luggage after arriving early, we stayed in room 3 (Nelson) could not fault any aspect very impressed by everything particularly the bathroom also tea tray was excellent and topped up daily. We will not hesitate booking again when going over to check our caravan out of season and as usual food in the restaurant was very good so on a cold night you don’t actually have to head outside just stagger back up the stairs.

It was well situated near the beach and opposite the theatre which was ideal as we went for a show
Staff were friendly and rooms clean
The bar downstairs was busy but the food service was quick and piping hot and very tasty

Nice bar in a medium sized room. Well decorated with R.A.F. and Navy photos on the walls. Food available, usual tap beers with one real ale available. Nice tiered patio area at the front where you can have food,a drink and enjoy the weather. Staff were friendly and polite. Beer was good. Not really wheelchair friendly as there are quite a few steps. Enjoyed my visit.

Called in for some food & drink. Friendly welcome from staff. Nice reasonably priced menu, good choice of beers & wine, friendly crowd & good atmosphere. Also dog friendly.

We stayed for two nights in August, booking three rooms , one de lux and two smaller rooms, with a party of two adults, two teenagers and mother and baby. We had contacted the hotel prior to arrival to arrange a baby cot and check that the teenagers were next to their mother. Every thing was as requested on arrival and in fact the rooms were lovely and surprisingly big. Our room had a large bath and separate shower.|We ate in the bar , the food was reasonably priced and good quality.|The negative was the attitude of the older lady taking the food orders and serving the meals at lunch time. I noted the comments of some other reviews and unfortunately totally agree. we did get the impression that we were an irritant, my daughter was considerably put out by this, but fortunately the rest of our experience, other staff both in the bar and doing the cleaning were all perfectly pleasant. |So overall we had a lovely stay in very good accommodation.

Just called in for drinks, nice relaxed atmosphere, very cosy, looks like a quite extensive menu for eating, not gourmet by any means but just up my street.

Always come here when we come to hunstanton. The food is fresh and properly homemade not warmed up boil in the bag.look forward to our next visit try it you won't be disappointed
