Worked here a few years ago, refused to let me use my chosen name so forced me to use my birth name on my badge, had next to zero support after the first day because my manager didn't think I would be successful.
They convince you to work for commission even when you're not keen, so I worked Monday to Saturday, averaging 12 hours a day factoring in travel one way (I lived in Coltishall) and earned £50. It was a terrible place to work, where you were basically just left to your own devices.
I was not the only trans person working there at the time, and we both felt like "token" staff members.
Left after less than a week.

What an awesome opportunity this is !! I wish I had known about this company years ago. The potential to grow and develop as an individual is uncapped. Gone are the days where I have to wait for someone to leave before I can take on more responsibility. I had only been working here for 4 weeks and had my 1st promotion already. So excited about my future!!

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Norfolk and Suffolk Promotions. I casually went in to their office to explain how I could help them after seeing their advertisement for a job they had. They openly interviewed my candidates for a new apprenticeship role and recently taken one of them on.

A great and friendly company willing to speak to all and help where they can.

I can say with hand on heart that Norfolk and Suffolk Promotions are going places and I look forward to working closely with them.

This is called I kinda was in a piramid schemy business and I didn't know it. Only worked here for a few weeks and it was terrible. Like any "charity" business their job advertisrments were not for the job-> position advertised for "receptionist" or "recruiter" or some other vague description requiring no experience and "social skills". You'll have the pleasure of working 6 days a week for 12 hours a day including travel time and weird "pep talks" you must attend for around 50£ a week if youre lucky. During these times you'll be on the street trying to convince people to sign up to some charity or another using a script they drill into you. Save yourself the time and money, this business is only interested in targeting vulnerable people. Don't work here.

I couldn't ask for a better environment to work and grow in. I have been offered opportunities to progress, learn and surround myself with like minded people who are positive and driven.
