Staff excellent - very helpful - this shop - no - this DIY supermarket is an Aladdins cave. From gardening to electric appliances - many is the time I have gone to Scarborough to buy something and not found it - to return to Filey and found it in Dixon's - I have just bought a Fridge freezer from Dixon's and am highly delighted. Thank you to Martin and all staff

Dixons Filey 5 Star service and value for money again, I just wouldn't go anywhere else again. Claire in sales, Eddie & Steve on delivery & fitting plus the lady who answered my phone calls to recheck washer dimensions . The whole process was fantastic and the fitting job superb, the effort the guys made to fit a modern washer into the space on my kitchen, having to cut a metal bracket. Sheer Magic!

My elderly dad's washer stopped working and was told by 2 of the men who work for the company that it would cost him £200 to get fixed. When they went my dad put the plug in another socket and it worked. My dad rang the shop the next day and they was meant to get back to him about this and he's not heard anything. I'm not happy that they tried ripping my dad off!
