My wife ordered 2 weeks in advance a Milllie’s Cookies cake for my birthday as a treat under the present circumstances we were all looking forward to the special treat, she in fact paid the extra rate for delivery on a weekend. It never turned up. So my wife contacted them the next day, no apology but got refund. Never again.

Lovely cookies... At a premium. The only thing letting it down is the high prices. I'd much rather buy a 4/5 pack from the bakery section of a supermarket for the same price as a single cookie at Millies.

You have to wait quite a while to be served. There are two members of staff on, but you never see more than one serving. Having to wait 5 to 10 minutes when you're the only person there is a bit ridiculous honestly. If it wasn't for the fact that there was nowhere else to sit and have a drink whilst the kids were in the amusements, I'd go elsewhere.
