Still our favourite campsite, a lot has changed since our last visit 2 years ago. The new owners have made a lot of changes and it is all good. New shower block and toilets, little shop in the old barn. Lots more pitches with electric hook up and ours even had its own water supply. Our pitch was really well maintained and in good shape considering all the rain there has been recently. The whole site is tidy and clean.

We had 4 nights here over the Easter school holidays. Toilet/shower block is being updated and is lovely and modern. Showers take 20p and £1 coins (2 mins per 20p) Put your money in when you are fully ready for water to come out. Showers are operated by a push button. The site is really clean and well looked after. Our pitch had its own access to electric, water and drainage which is great if you have long enough pipes etc. It's in a good location to Hunmanby Village and only a small drive to the beach and other surrounding places. Owners and friendly and approachable. It wasn't up and running while we stayed but there will be a small shop/coffee bar opening soon I believe. We would highly recommend.

Once again a fantastic stay. Louise and Richard are extremely friendly and helpful. It's a great site and an ideal base for Filey, Scarborough, Whitby or Brid. Perfect 👍😃

A great small site. The owners have been busy, but still make sure all is ok and stop to chat. Facilities have been updated and are kept clean. The pitches are a really good size. Just need to keep it on the 'qt'... 🤣🤣

We’ve been coming to this site for many years but this was the first time since the pandemic and it’s clear that the new(ish) owners didn’t sit around during lockdown, waiting for campers to return. There’s now electric and water on every pitch, new hedges have been planted and the reception/shop/coffee shop has moved. There are plans to improve the site further, including holiday cottages and a new shower block, but even as it is it’s still perfect for a perfect family getaway. All pitches are large and level and the tent field has a big space in the middle where children mingle and play. Hunmanby village with its shops, takeaways and pubs is a mile away, the beach at Hunmanby gap is 3 miles and Filey is 5. If you like small, traditional sites with no entertainment, play parks, etc, this is the place for you.

Stayed for 3 nights in a tent, beautiful site, couldn't find a fault with anything owners never stopped to keep everything top notch, regret not popping in sight shop, after since reading its great. even our dog loved this site. Pitches all huge and serviced, great price, Would have stayed longer if only work wasn't a thing. Highly recommended we will return

We've just had a lovely weekend at this friendly campsite, first ever camping trip with children and the site was brilliant. Its a small site divided into sections which makes it feel really quiet and sheltered. The site is well maintained, lovely hedges, grass neatly cut and graveled area's, great for the kids to have lots of freedom on their bikes and explore. The facilities are all cleaned regularly and in good condition (20p for hot water 50p for a shower) ||There is a small shop on site selling essentials they also serve coffee and pastries in the morning, great for pack up day.||We had a fabulous time the owners are very welcoming, we liked it so much we are going back next week, we were lucky and got a cancellation.

Stayed for 5 nights with our touring caravan and can’t wait to return as everything was as a site should be. Toilets and showers were spotless, pitch sizes were very good and the owners were so friendly and helpful. Warm pastries and coffees were available every morning from the onsite shop/cafe. |Hunmanby is a lovely little place with a couple of pubs offering wonderful food. |The site is a long walk from the beach (probably 45 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car) but the train station is only a 10 minute walk from the site and we caught the train into Filey which is only 4 minutes away by train.
