Un professional woman, always the same one, get to the till and she’s just talking to a colleague, completely ignores customers. The same woman said they didn’t have my yodel parcel on another occasion and told me to come back, I came back for two more days, same woman couldn’t find it, on the last day she said it’s not here, another member of staff overheard walked over and just picked it up and said on yeah it’s been here for a few days. Christine you stupid blind bat. What a waste of time. Also overheard them screaming at each other about how filthy the shop was and needs a clean as it’s “been a while”.

I have to do a 5 mile round trip to this store, which is my nearest shop! But the amount of times I have a completely wasted journey because yet again they've run out of what I want is unbelievable! I'm not in retail, but I know that you run out of something on a regular basis, you need to get a bigger supply in! The manager obviously isn't managing!?‍♂️ I've lived locally and used this store for 6 years and it's a regular occurance! Shan't be using you again! I'm so fed up with coming away without what I went for! Rather travel a few more miles knowing I can get what I want! ? It's also vastly more expensive than the main supermarkets!

Shocking shop.
Never any staff on tills
10 people in a queue for 1 till
When challenged i was informed staff are to expensive to hire../..
