We have stayed many times at All Seasons Boutique and always found it our 'happy place'. We last stayed in June 2024 for a couple of nights. During our stay I was scalded by a very temperamental shower in our room which I reported to management with little concern/acknowledgement if I am honest. Back in June 2024 it was clear that finances/sustainability were an issue and we felt that standards had 'slipped'.||It's a great shame to hear that All Seasons has closed - it had massive potential and I am really sorry to hear that customers have made bookings of late and have then not been able to access them due to closure.

Please stop advertising this B&B as a hotel, it isn't! Good for a guest house, comfortable bed. Cleanliness needs looking at, loads of dust on top of the wardrobe, dead insects on every window sill I looked at, massive cobwebs in the lighting in the breakfast room. |Very very overpriced for what is offered. |Lovely hosts, good breakfast, just isn't what it's advertised to be.

We had booked this B&B for two nights (received a booking confirmation). When we arrived the place was in darkness! We rang the doorbell but received no response, so we telephoned instead. Again no reply. We left two voice messages confirming our name, booking number and telephone number. We have still not heard from the owners! After a very long journey this was terrible service but we were very lucky to find an alternative hotel to stay at. Would never book to stay there again.

Lovely place to stay, great location, for town and beach. Our room was bright, light, comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean and had lovely decor. Breakfast was amazing and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I am sure we will be returning

What an amazing find. A last minute booking as met up with family that were staying at Primrose Valley. |A lovely welcoming host. Definitely boutique hotel. Rooms tastefully decorated and extremely clean and welcoming. Tea n coffee in the room. |Full English breakfast was divine along with fresh fruits, yogurts, toast etc.|10/10 thank you for a lovely night's stay.

Can't give less as it won't let me
Booked this hotel for the 25th of October everything went through and they took the money.When the confirmation came through it was for a different date. I phoned and spoke to the owner who informed me that the booking should not have been taken as they were closed, he assured me he would put our money back into the bank ,3 weeks later after numerous calls only to be met with an answer machine we are still waiting I can't afford to give £145 away for nothing.
We had to find somewhere else at short notice and also loose £145 so not a cheap night out we are in Filey quite a lot over the year as we have family there definitely can't recommend this hotel.

The warm welcome, decor, quality linens and food were all excellent and deserve 4-5 stars ||the only reason I have marked down my rating is the open plan toilet set up in our room - Hazel Holt - this was unexpected and a little uncomfortable ||Perhaps a heavy velvet curtain could be added?||The roll top bath in the bedroom is lovely but more privacy required for the WC

Lovely little B&B wonderful hosts, rooms are spacious, love the little extras like the mints next to the bed. Breakfast was amazing, nothing is too much trouble, my partner said they serve the best coffee he’s ever tasted. We will definitely be visiting again.
