I had the most wonderful experience at the boutique in Cheltenham this weekend. My husband had booked a styling appointment which I have never had before and didn’t know what to expect but Nicholas was absolutely fantastic!! He made me feel comfortable straight away and the outfits he put me in were just divine!
I came away with not only some gorgeous new pieces but also a new found confidence.
The boutique is beautifully decorated and designed with the attention to detail taken to another level. Highly recommend a visit.

Amazing and beyond any description! The cut, the fabric quality and the luxurious and practical style takes your outfit to a totally different level. Quick shipping, nice and cooperative staff and Jade touch can be felt in every single detail. I bought for my wife many items from Holland Cooper and we became addicted. Once you try Holland Cooper you will not be easily satisfied with any other brand, regardless how luxurious it is. The pullover fabric was very soft and cozy with lovely colors and great fit cut.

We followed H&C for a while on social media however many of the products were a little outside our very modest budget. But when I got a bonus from work I decided to treat my wife to a visit to this store. I can honestly say it was the best shopping experience we have ever had, from the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness and respect, the staff were very hospitable giving us drinks and generally making us feel very special. The main staff member who served us (who I think was called Denise - this was over a year ago now so can’t remember with certainty) was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand and helped us find some incredible pieces - including ones we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. Denise helped my wife to feel like a queen, both in the way we were treated and the quality of the clothes and environment.
It was genuinely a lovely experience that we will not forget and Infact I was inspired to write this review after my wife recently recalled about how lovely it was. The clothes we bough (a skirt, 2 tops and a belt) are treasured to this day and help my wife to feel both beautiful and empowered. If I find myself in a position to buy from them again we will not hesitate to return.

A beautiful outlet for quality clothes, by royal appointment. Stylish building found next to a cider brewery, have a drink, a snack and then shop to your hearts content . Top quality country style clothing for the discerning customer. Coats a speciality...well worth a visit.

I ordered from here before I went to their 131 restaurant. Again hearing good things through word of mouth. I ordered a pair of gloves and they were brilliant, so warm. As I was impressed I later ordered a jumper and God don't I regret it. Overpriced tat , honestly save your money and get yourself down primark or shein. I don't mind paying for good quality but the jumper may aswell have been an old rag by the time it came out of a 30 wash. My mother in law used to use her old knickers to dust our holiday home but now she uses this jumper , suppose it has some uses.

I travel 200 miles round trip to this Boutique - My favourite place to shop…fit of coats are perfect…boots the most comfortable, bags stunning! Definitely the place to set a room a light 🔥

If i had an option to give 0 stars to this company /brand, I would rather do that. I purchased 2 items and paid alot of money to get it shipped to canada, just to find out that one of the items sent is damaged and now when I am reaching out to customer care to get it fixed, they went silent and no response to my messages or emails. Very disappointing customer care

Absolute nightmare. Fiancé bought me a bag for my birthday along with the matching strap. Bag has a mark on it, so i requested a replacement. Sent a refund instead after numerous communications via email discussing the issue. So now I have a strap with no bag and a ruined birthday. The reviews from ordering online are just terrible. When will Jade sort this out?
