Insufficient wrapping and not fit for purpose items in there flimsy bags!!

Avoid, they accuse you of breaking items on purpose and make you pay for them , i purchased 2 Bowles , the wrapping was insufficient and the employee agreed when I returned them, they had broken in transit, I’ve now had the manager on an email being aggressive .. avoid this place ,!

Not how to deal with good customers!!

Looking for HQ to discuss this attitude of a wonton matriarch!!!

I love the emporium Dracott they have lovely mirrors lamps dining room furniture everything for the home ?it is lovely to look around and I always buy something.
