Great place to visit. Very friendly staff. Do book for treatments as they do endeavour to fit you in if possible. Treatments reasonably priced with good qualified staff, most working here for a long time. There is even a bench outside for impatient partners!!!!!

I went about a month ago and have been hesitant to say anything but I had an absolute awful experience here. From the minute I went in I felt judged and watched as I moved around the shop. I decided to try on some rings and, as anyone would, took some of my current rings off my fingers and placed them in my bag to try on some new rings and see how they fit etc. Back at the till I could hear murmurs from the lady working there who was clearly talking about me to someone the phone. Feeling uncomfortable already she then approached me to tell me that I must stay in the shop and people are on their way to talk to me as I was ‘stealing’. Very flustered I assured the lady I was not stealing, offering her to see inside my bag and told her I was only trying on rings. I then had to stay in the shop waiting for these people to come. For context im only a young woman and find these situations very scary and intimidating (especially when being accused for something I haven’t done). From then on I was so upset and confused and continued getting rude stares from the woman behind the till. She then told me no one was coming anymore so all of that fear and disruption was caused for nothing. The whole situation was so uncomfortable for me and the staff handled it awfully, not even saying sorry to me or assuring me that everything was okay. Instead, they continued being cold and intimidating. I will not be returning which is a shame. Maybe they should learn not to assume any young person entering the shop is going to steal?

Wonderful massage

Excellent massage in extremely pleasant, peaceful surroundings.
Gentle sound of water fountain in the charming jewel of a garden outside the cozy cabin added to the very positive experience by a knowledgeable, skilled pair of hands undoing knots leaving me in tip top shape.

This shop is an absolute treasure, we discovered it whilst on holiday and we're so impressed.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The shop has a fantastic array of items, all beautifully presented and set out so you can truly appreciate every item.
Whilst we were there (in August) we enquired about the advent calendar they had listed on their website, they hadn't any made up, but very kindly made one for us to collect later in the week, it was so nicely made and packaged lovely. The items on the countdown to Christmas were wrapped up like beautiful presents and were really varied and it made for a lovely unique advent calendar.
We've ordered off of the website also and have found the service to be brilliant, items are well packaged and individually wrapped.
Really is an amazing place 😃

This is a gorgeous crystal shop! There are so many lovely things inside, it was hard to choose; I wanted so many things!! Thanks for the lovely service 😊 I wish I had been able to spend more time browsing, I'm not local, but I would love to visit again.

I visited today with a shopping list of crystals from a recent reading. The lady in the shop was really helpful and let us browse with no pressure. Thank you for your help and for offering to order the one item you didn’t have in stock. Lovely shop, I could have spent a fortune! We will be back x
