The young lady who served us was rude, she never spoke and when she did force herself we couldn't hear her it was as though we were an inconvenience.
The tables were dirty they needed a thorough clean considering this was early afternoon and it was empty someone should be cleaning the dirty sticky tables
We wouldn't recommend this place and certainly will not be returning.

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. As someone who uses a walking stick, I appreciate that I'm usually offered to have my tray brought to my table for me. It's quite popular, with a lunch crowd, as well as friends meeting up for a coffee and chat. The variety and quality of food and drinks on offer is very good, and it's been clean every time I've been there. It's worth noting that dogs are also welcome, and they're often offered a treat or two!
Don't forget that if you have a Dobbies club card, you're entitled to 2 free drinks a month! The cakes are delicious and worth the trip alone!

Dobbies has a butcher who we use a lot. The meat sold is quality and reasonably priced. There's also an excellent florist who have been reliable when I've used it. Parking is easy. The safe is average but reliable and the staff work hard there. Hi

Not many people about, customers very sparce. Went into cafe part, sat on the lush sofa to find a huge cobweb and spider behind my head in the corner of the wall. My heated sausage toll came which was freezing cold in the middle so had to go back and complain. Coffees were lovely..

One of Dobbies' nicest cafès! The staff are friendly and efficient and the cafè is kept quite clean and tidy. Coffees are always nice and hot and there is a good selection of cakes and sandwiches. Our favourite!
