You'd give them zero stars if you could. Their customer service and software support is beyond abysmal. Nobody in software support seems to understand the software, so dealing with even the slightest of problem takes an eternity. Anything slightly out of the norm they then have the cheek to try and charge you for. It's pretty much racketeering - create a problem and then charge the customer to solve it.
The monthly costs are astronomical as well. If you're looking for ERP software steer clear of KCS. You'll regret ever getting involved with them.
