I want to share my heartfelt thanks to Tim for his incredible support and service today. I had purchased a BMW from a completely different dealership, and unfortunately, their service was nothing short of disappointing. They dismissed my concerns and left me feeling frustrated and abandoned.

When I reached out to Tim—a completely separate BMW dealership—he didn’t hesitate to step in and help, even though the situation had nothing to do with him or his team. From the very start, Tim treated me with patience, respect, and genuine care. He listened carefully to my concerns, offered thoughtful solutions, and reassured me throughout the entire process.

What made this experience truly stand out was how much Tim went above and beyond to assist me, despite having no obligation to do so. It’s rare to find someone so willing to help, especially in a situation that wasn’t caused by their dealership. Tim’s professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to outstanding service are a testament to his character and reflect the very best of what BMW should represent.

In sharp contrast to my experience with the other dealership, Tim made me feel valued, supported, and respected as a customer. He turned what started as a negative situation into a positive one, and I truly cannot thank him enough. Tim, you are an absolute credit to BMW, and your exceptional service has left a lasting impression.

I cannot recommend Dick Lovett BMW Hungerford enough, nothing was ever too much of an ask and I now have my dream car.
All the staff were professional, friendly and could not do enough to help.

Someone who made this process so easy and enjoyable was Tim and he is an absolute credit to the company. I had lots of questions and requirements for the car I was looking for and Tim spent a lot of time with me, ensuring I had all the information I needed, whilst also allowing me to take my time making the decision about my new car.

Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with and really made my experience seamless, easy and most of all enjoyable!

We will definitely be going back to the dealership for any work needed and for new cars in the future.

Couldn't let me give less than a star.

1. Staff were super friendly and very supportive. I had my service done last week however within a day after service, I had an Engine fan warning message appeared and disappeared the same day.

On informing the Dick Lovett - Hungerford team, they asked me to get back to the service center and informed me stating it needs a change - no problel with that

It made highly gutted as they charged me £160 on the collection just for the investigation and I wasn't certainly informed about the charge initially. If i was informed, I would have made my decision accordingly as i paid for nothing and felt a bit TRICKY !!!

Although a good relationship for 2 years with a brilliant service and work , I WOULDN'T CONTINUE WITH THEM MOVING FORWARD ANYMORE 🙁

Beautiful car - perfect for petite ladies like me, who like small size but a speedy little ride), Louise was my sales representative and I can’t recommend her enough!! Louise was profesional, friendly, and most of all HONEST!!! Duncan is an absolute legend. Perfect, prompt, no messing about service. This is a standout BMW dealership if you want something a bit more interesting than your everyday runabout. Their inventory just reads like a Christmas wishlist, especially if you get the chance to go upstairs and look at the really special stuff. I cannot recommend them enough. Even the mugs for the cup of tea bleed motorsport, they really care.
