Shop charges customers for card payments under £5, even though surcharges were banned in 2018 They restrict paypoint to a minimum £5 payment, and overrule minimum payments set by suppliers, cash machine now charges £1.25. it's been my local shop for 8 years but I have lately found myself going elsewhere due to there restrictions.

I want to pay by 4,20 and the employer tell me just 5minim and he doesn't have some paper outside or inside to spend just 5pounds by car it's something not allowed to do
