A little expensive but very good customer service. My son's book bag broke (stitching came out) and they replaced it straight away, even swapping over his bits and bobs for him into the new one. So much easier than posting things back!

Went in to buy school uniforms today for my youngest moving up to high school. Our daughter will only be wearing a PE kit at school and the staff kindly made sure the uniform we received on the school voucher equalled what a full school uniform including a blazer etc. would have cost. Really friendly and kind service, would definitely recommend.

Awful if doing an online order. Was sent an email saying during busy 6 week holidays it could take between 4-7 days to process order. Day 16 and still nothing! No order, no correspondence with an ETA, tried calling the business countless times today and no one answers the phone. If you're unable to offer a service within a decent timeframe, then don't offer it! Will go elsewhere next year for uniforms as trying to deal with this business has been a joke!
