While I received the switch I ordered, the way it was packaged showed no care, it was simply wrapped in a fedex bag with no protection for a £200 device, the box was nearly destroyed. The power plug had more protection as it actually had bubble wrap around it. The other insult is the e-mail asking for me to review them where the tiny text states they'll spam me unless I click a tiny link in the e-mail.

After my last experience with laptops direct was appalling and left me out-of-pocket I decided to give this company another try, but not again.

Shocking! I ordered a Server for a build. Paid extra for next day. I have yet to receive it and have had no contact from Customer Services regarding the issue after numerous emails and callback requests. The whole situation seems really dodgy as my items have gone astray and "no tracking number is provided for the item"

Paid for next day delivery, arrived a week later. Customer service is terrible, they are either totally incompetent or downright liars. On my first call after the missed del date they promised to get it there the next day which was a Saturday. Didn't arrive. Rang Monday and they promised to credit me £20 for the inconvenience. Just got my credit card statement, no credit but an additional transaction for £10. I can only assume this was for the failed Saturday del. This was never mentioned, certainly not agreed on the phone. I will now hand this over to my bank as this 2nd transaction is fraud. Advice is simple - just shop elsewhere

Sold a UPS as part of my virtualisation order and the UPS came with missing bits and raid controller was missing cables. Sales advisor was unable to help me with what i needed extra to order to get UPS to work. did not accept returns and the raid cable sent was incorrect. Other parts were fine but i had to source the parts from another company

This was the 2nd time I have ordered form them.
I find their communication just about OK but both deliverys have been delayed, 1 I can excuse but 2 out of 2 especially when the item was show as in stock and even had an email to say it was despatched, then another the following morning saying it would be 5 days before I would receive it. This order has been cancelled. Missed a customer deadline and now going to have to work the weekend, Amazon saved the day and only £2 more.

They sent out the wrong parts, which meant I have missed a customer deadline. Four days later and they still haven't admitted that the fault is theirs nor offered to send out the correct parts. They have a department labelled as 'Customer Service' but being brutally honest this could not be further from the truth. I have lost count of how many times I have been told that they 'apologise' and that a manager will call me back, which so far and four days in has failed to happen. Still sitting in hope that someone there can help!
