It’s been two weeks since a scheduled server update & we’re experiencing repeated email deliverability issues. This is a known problem and is impacting customers on one of their primary hosting servers.

I’ve been a customer for nearly 10 years, and now faced with moving all my services I have with them. They cannot be contacted by their phone support for most of the day, plus any high priority support tickets are being answered two days later!
