What a great service. I'm highly delighted with my new kit it's as new.
Everything was simple despite this old duffer's best efforts to make a hash of things.
Trading in my old kit was so easy, very fair assessment and offer, and payment was excellent, quibble free and fast.

What impressed me most is that I told them the camera was in "Excellent" condition, and after receiving it they upgraded the offer by an extra £30 which was pleasantly surprising. I purchased a sigma telephoto lens which when tested proved to be unsuitable, I emailed the details and asked to return the lens, they emailed back asking if I would consider a better alternative, they reviewed usage against my existing equipment and came up with some suggestions which one of was acceptable. I was very pleased with the advice and quality of service & would recommend highly recommend them to any purchaser.

Purchased a couple of items from this company.
My second item was faulty but the customer service was personable and efficient, quickly arranging collection of said item and providing a quickly, a full refund.
If I have a criticism it's that the items should be tested more thoroughly before dispatch.
The first item I purchased was a camera body and whilst cheap was a bit dirty and should have been cleaned in my opinion. I did keep and cleaned it myself. The third item purchased was another camera body which was clean and in perfect condition so no complaints.
Their dispatch times are very good, never waiting more than 3 days for delivery of a very well packed item.
My experience is positive and I recommend MPB and likely will make future purchases when the wife's not looking 🙂

Bought and sold on here a few times now, fair price given for my used gear, and the ease of getting quotes and the shipping process are seamless, always kept up to date on progress, very simple to send things. Good price on buying used gear too, bought a camera and a few lenses on here, in come cases cheaper then I could have done on other platforms. Would recommend.

I ordered a camera in "Excellent" condition, but the camera I received turned out to have a faulty display. The return was arranged quickly, but I still wasted money on delivery and now have to wait for a refund.

Ended up buying a new one, as the difference was less than 10% compared to a used one.
