Fairly new to cycling, went to Decathlon for a couple of things before the big ride I had thr next day. Went to the Lakeside branch to pick up a couple things and a big shout out to Tim B (in Cycling area) he provided exceptional customer service.
Great level of knowledge and experience.

Thanks again mate for the tips and advice, certainly helped me with my ride. I managed to do 87 miles the next day! ?

A huge store catering to anyone who’s active or has a hobby, like hiking. With fun features like mini golf, nets for kicking a ball, and punch bags, there’s a lot to demo. Despite its size, getting in and out is efficient thanks to self-scan tills. They offer a smart foot measurement system for the perfect trainer fit and bike servicing. The bikes cover a range of budgets. For me, it’s definitely one of my go-to stores when I need something for my activities, especially gym gear and kids' school trainers. Ample parking and knowledgeable staff make it a convenient stop.

I had a brilliant experience today with Decathlons customer service team at Decathlon lakeside. Although we were not happy with the quality of the paddle board we had bought the customer service was brilliant. Especially Keelan who was very understanding of are problem and went above and beyond when resolving the issue.

came to lakeside decathlon to look at fishing gear for my son and alan was a great help spent time with us explaining what would be best for a beginner and offered lots of advice what an asset to the store.
