Very bad customer service , Birthday Cake I've ordered was ruined as the cream was to thin- and whole cake looked like it's melting - looked horrible- staff was aware of the problem- took cake back to the kitchen "fixed it" by the time I was home cake looked even worse- try to call but no answer -next day went there was told to complain on the website (which I'm finding absolutely weird as I was trying to sort it without any official complain)anywa I've send email with photos and I'm just being ignored .....ohhh unfortunately not end of story as my son who went to get another cake was being treated absolutely horrible and almost shouted at just because they didn't make a cake we ordered -order was accepted and paid for ( yes decided to give them another chance) ... Christmas eve my other child Birthday and we didn't get a cake ...explanation...it busy...yeah again had to send email asking for money back - ignored....went to shop asking for money which is not the best experience really. .

We purchased an overpriced cake for our friend’s birthday party and it was the first time that I saw cakes leftovers. This was just ready sponge cake with whipped cream. There was no flavour at all.. more than 20 people didn’t even try to eat more than a bite. I think the baker either forgot half of the ingredients or something went totally wrong and we were given a diabetics cake with no flavour. Cakes from the supermarkets are much more tastier for 1/4 of this price.

Ordered a cheesecake online for my partners birthday. Pick up was easy and the lady inside was lovely. The cheesecake looked amazing and tasted even better! I don’t usually like cheesecake so was reluctant to try but i’m so glad I did and will be ordering for every birthday! Thank you🥰

The cakes here are amazing! I ordered 3 cakes during my birthday month and they were absolutely delicious not to mention the design was so beautiful and detailed. I had a princess party theme and requested a doll cake just one day before my party and they managed to make it on time even though it takes them at least a week. The customer service is excellent and staff are really friendly and welcoming. Would come back again. Thank you

The cakes are divine. The base is melt in the mouth and the prices are very good especially as the portions are huge. I’d rather go here for cake than a generic cake shop. Wonderful

I got several cakes from this shop and I mist say they are delicious and the price is very good.
On a few occasions they weren’t fresh, the fruit on to was weltered and I only noticed when I got home. The cream was crumbly and didn’t taste great.
I however had a beautiful cake that my neighbour got me and it was amazing! Was very fresh and tastes amazing!
So all in all, I would still buy from this shop and would recommend to family and friends.
The fresh made to order stuff is best!

Love the idea of this little cake shop in Hove! The egg-free cakes are beautifully presented and look yummy. I got a free cupcake for leaving this review. It was tasty but quite dense, perhaps more so because it had just come out the fridge so didn't have that soft fluffy texture that makes a cupcake amazing. Still glad I tried it and a nice option if you're looking egg-free cakes. They are also very reasonably priced.
