We've just finished food shopping in Marks and Spencer at Lakeside and having read some other reviews, I was certainly expecting some unhelpful staff. The staff were absolutely brilliant, showing us around to any products we couldn't locate, rather than just pointing us in the general direction. They took the time to make sure we had what we were looking for. The quality of the products is always fantastic, especially all their pre packed meals etc. The shop, although extremely busy was still clean and tidy and there were plenty of staff should you need any assistance. Aisles are wide enough and although the food part of the shop isn't that big, it doesn't feel cramped. Prices are not cheap but parking is free and they do have lovely food. We would definitely recommend this shop and would return in the future. Please see my pictures. Hope this helps

Huge variety and shop space, free parking, and great bargains to be had. It's my favourite place to go after Christmas. It's also great to pick up the end of season winter or summer specials. I forgot to mention loads of free parking as well.

Horrible service! Purchased over 10 items from this outlet 2 items of which did not fit and needed returning. Took my receipt and was told by the manager i would not get a refund as one item was worn!! All tags were in place and the item was sold to me the same way! It was NOT worn and couldn't be because of the size, hence returning it! Absolutely shocked and appalled that you sell items in this way then when it does not fit you refuse to accept a refund and acuse the customer of wearing the item! I will be taking this further.

A great place to get knickers! Plenty of parking right outside the store. A mix of full price and outlet ( up to 50% off) prices, with a separate clearance section to the left of the tills. A small amount of discount furniture. Mainly women's, mens and kids clothing. A good location without having to go right into the main lakeside shopping centre.

Evening was a good time to shop. Not too crowded and an open display area to easily allow social distancing. Most people was making bulk purchases and taking advantage of the clearance section with prices down to £2 an item. Staff polite and helpful. Accessible parking available right outside the front doors.

Had a small problem today which was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manor by Mandi Ferrari at the outlet store in Thurrock . This meant extra work for Mandi ( looking up a receipt for me) but she readily agreed to help
