I recently visited the store and was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of a manager named Kashan. It was clear he was in a managerial role, as he was loudly discussing a customer who had complaints, right there on the shop floor. Instead of handling the situation discreetly and with respect, he chose to gossip about the customer in full view of others. To make matters worse, he then started a conversation about why parents wait until the last minute to collect or buy uniforms, again in an inappropriate manner for a retail environment.

Kashan's behavior was more fitting of a child gossiping than a responsible manager. It left a terrible impression and made me question the professionalism of the store. Unfortunately, with no other competitors in the area, I'm left with no choice but to continue shopping here. However, I am seriously considering reaching out to formally complain about this incident. If this kind of conduct continues, it will surely drive customers away. Disgusting and unacceptable.

I went to buy uniform for my daughter and the service was excellent. The girl was so good she gave the exact size in one shot. Didn't have to struggle with anything. N yes the lady on the counter was very kind. Will always shop my kids uniform from school bells .
