Came to Mimis, and bought Ferrero Rochea milk shake. The vibes were great and the staffmembers were very friendly and their services were top notch. I would definitely come back again and would highly reccomend this place to everyone.

Ordered a cheese and chicken sandwich, channa two ‘large’ parathas and a jacket potato. The channa was dry and overfilled with masala, the two large parathas they have on their menu consist of two small frozen shaan parathas. The sandwich was dry and horrible and as for the jacket potato will let the picture speak for itself. It smelt horrible and the tuna mayo was swimming and pouring off the plate. We took one bite of the food and asked the waiter to clean up as it wasn’t even edible. All the food was cold and the service from the waiter was terrible. We asked to be seated at the booth in the back however we were told that this was reserved, after explaining we will be here for a while as we are carrying out some admin on our laptops, suddenly the waiter said you can sit there but you’ll have to leave for the reservation (which never turned up). Overall very unprofessional service provided and the food was terrible. Furthermore the waiter forgot to apply the 20% off the bill which was displayed outside on a banner, it was only upon realising that we went back to correct the bill and the waiter argued that this was only for the morning however the banner states that it was all day. Really is such a shame as this used to be a local spot.

It is called a coffee lounge, and that is how it looks and feels. I could lounge in there all day and feast on their gorgeous offerings. Succulent varieties of sweets, pancakes, waffles, cheesecakes, and more, all served in ways that look too good to eat. Although I do recommend eating them, perhaps before taking the obligatory photo to make your friends jealous. Add to this good friendly service, and this place is a winner.

The service in this coffee shop is amazing. I’ve been a regular for a few years now and I can highly recommend the staff here specifically Nick the manager and Eshan. Their service is great and they always have a warm welcome. They have been working here for a while which is really nice as you develop a relationship with the staff as opposed to different people every week. The Atmosphere is great, the music is uplifting and the design of the shop itself is absolutely beautiful!!

I haven't been to Mimi's for some times, so I popped in the other and am glad I didn't. I had a delicious breakfast and the portion size was huge. But best part of my experience was the waiter that serve me ( Fernandes) he was so lovely and attentive. I have been to Mimi's few times prior but by far that was the best service I've experienced from a member of staff.

Came here for lunch and dessert with a friend, first time coming here and had a great time. We ordered samosa and chicken skewers and some sides, which were hot and tasty. I had the molten lava cake for dessert, which I could smell as the waiter was bringing-it was so chocolatey!!
Overall had a good meal and prices weren't bad.
Waiting times were good considering they made the food to order.
Service was great, we even got free drinks when there was a delay, shout out to Eeshal (I hope I've spelt that right), he was amazing and made the gist very pleasant.
Would recommend, definitely coming again

The price does not reflect the quality. The food was clearly thrown around during the 3-minute journey from the shop to my house. Whether this is the fault of the delivery driver or the shop not packing the order correctly I am not sure. However the waffle was still cold, dry, and stale and had clearly been sitting around for a while. The cookie dough was also hard and cold. £12 for that is atrocious, I’m sorry. In this economy?
