We’ve been getting cakes from Jacob’s Cake Shop for years—for our engagement, wedding, Valentine’s, and countless birthdays—and they never disappoint! Most recently, Giffia created the most beautiful Mickey Mouse cake for my son’s 1st birthday. It was stunning, perfectly designed, and tasted amazing. Her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. Thank you for making every celebration so special with your incredible cakes! I am a regular customer of their egg puff. I used to buy three puffs initially and then dropped down to two because of the taste and quality. The crust was completely burnt when I purchased two days ago and today the crust tastes like a biscuits.
But recommend their plum cake

Attaching a picture of what I ordered what I got ,and the excuse was that we did not get berries in market ,they could hv asked me on phone ,but the staff was not even understanding,highly unprofessional finish .I will never try Jacobs for cakes at least.Least to say the cake had not even single fresh berry in it as they never got one and I was charged for MIX BERRY CAKE,we ordered four days back .
For all the reasons given below ,when ur staff came back with half done cake ,all I did was asked her to add few choclate bits ,I never wanted to be rude with her but I said on first hand ,is that professional what you have brought to me .Half the battle is won if you would have only accepted the mistake ,I hv never heard from any cake shop that they hv gone out to bring berries,when collection time is 1,and I am already reaching there at 2pm.My advice would be don’t take orders what you can’t deliver ,and in worst case reach out to customer themselves to make a choice from your options or I could have canceled completely.

I bought a Black Forest cake from Jacob’s for my mother’s birthday. Living away from my mum I asked them to deliver it to her to surprise her. Nixon himself hand delivered the cake and wished my mother a very happy birthday which she said was so very thoughtful. The cake was moist, perfectly balanced, and beautifully decorated—everyone loved it apparently. Highly recommend this bakery for special occasions.
