They have had my car for two months, part was fitted on the 22/01/2025. Phoned three times yesterday to see if it was ready for collection. No answer and the call went through to a main call centre, who said I would get call back. That never happened.

Called today and was told I would get a call back in 24/48 hours and it’s still waiting to be signed off by the warranty team. The car is brand new and the fault was reported on the day I received it.

The service has been horrendous. Stay away at all costs.

Took my car in for a service. A couple of days after the service my coolant was empty, so I rang the dealership and they said the coolant was not touched during my service. So I replaced the fluid, once again the coolant was empty. So I rang the dealership and told them that this is likely caused by the service. They checked it and said the pipe wasn't replace by the "technician", so it caused damage to several components and they paid for it all. They replaced the radiator, radiator fan, air duct, air cleaner and hose. My car was still shaking, ended up having a bolt from turbo into my air system, causing me to breakdown. So got it repaired elsewhere, costing me £700. When I asked the service advisor they said that it couldn't be related, when I emailed the manager Ian Hillyard, he was defensive on the phone and said they were not gonna pay for it. He said he would ring me but emailed instead, he never answered my question, but instead offering me incentives like a free service or a full tank of fuel. Emailed him back and never received a reply. I would not recommend this garage at all.

Update: 4 days later and no one has contacted me. Just what I expect.

Poor dealership. To begin with we told them the exact car we want to see which they seemed surprised when we turned up. They didn’t even know where the car was on the forecourt. The finance rates are horrendous and are so uncompetitive it’s a waste of time to even get a car priced up. We also reserved the car for £100 and 4 weeks later and 3 phone calls we are still yet to get the money back despite us being told endlessly ‘it will be soon’.

Waste of time.

My experience with this branch has been incredibly frustrating. If you don’t have the patience to deal with unfulfilled promises and blatant misinformation for 1.5 years, I would advise against using this location. This is my first negative review on Google, but the ongoing issues with post-sale communication have compelled me to speak out.

I have to say that the North branch offers the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The sale process itself was smooth, which is why I am giving one star. The car (a VW) is also excellent, deserving another star, although it came from another city branch.

In summary, if you value reliable customer service and timely follow-ups, you might want to consider other options.

Very friendly staff from the first phone call to the collection of my vehicle. I was dealt with Alex and Brett throughout, I couldn't be more happier with the way I was treated. I found a problem with the vehicle and in no time at all this was rectified. This dealership is one of the best I've bought from and I 100% recommend to future buyers. Big thanks to Alex and Brett.

I bought a used Fiat 500 Dolcevita from here last week. Absolutely first class service from Abigail Vickers who even sent me a personalised video of the car. As I live over a hundred miles away this was incredibly useful. The car was in such good condition and the customer service from Abi made it a worthwhile trip to make. Also they arranged for delivery of the car (at a reasonable cost) saving us another trip up the M1. Thoroughly happy with both the car and the service from the dealership and would very highly recommend.

Daughter just bought herself an Audi A3 S Line from notts Audi and have to say what great staff. We live in Brum so wasn't exactly round the corner but sytner gave her a great car at a great price. Would I buy a car from there definitely as the Audi dealer which is a 5 minute walk from my house can stick it as they are so not interested in a sale and we aren't difficult customers either. Think it was Dan at Sytner who sold Paige the white A3 and she is over the moon and proud as punch. He was a great and friendly salesman who went the extra mile to make sure Paige got her dream car.
