I went in Boux Avenue today and asked for a Bra fitting service today, the ladies was very welcoming and i got treated very well especially by Liliana she has excellent customer service and she was very polite and very helpful. Highly recommended I spent a lot of money! As the customer service was amazing!

Lovely experience.. I went to this particular store on 7.3.24 to get a refund on some items purchased online for my wife. Was served by the lovely manager. She was very polite, courteous and helpful. Didn't feel rushed at all and had a very good experience. Will definitely visit again. Keep up the good work guys, five stars from me.

Always excellent service from all the staff and a massive thank you to Kelly who did such an amazing job with my fitting. I walked away with two new products to add to my collection and a much more comfortable fitting bra.

Lovely shop. Staff lovely and very helpful. Emily was great at putting my daughter at ease as she was very nervous. Lovely underwear had everything we wanted. Will definitely go back there even though we live in West Sussex.

Lovely smaller store, has a great range of items, staff are always friendly and helpful. Not just for lingerie, but also has lounge wear, pyjamas and sports wear. The changing rooms are lovely as you can change the light setting to appeal to you and if you want to take any pictures as well.

I went in lakeside shop today was very dissatisfied, I asked to be measured for a bra I explained that I had put on weight and the bra I was wearing is very old, she looked to see if she could see the size I was wearing, no size could be seen so she looked at me and guessed no tape measure to check size, was not happy with the situation the 3 lots of different types of bras were a ok fit, but I did not feel comfortable in them I said I’ll leave it because I know I wouldn’t feel right in them.

Very disappointed that is not a bra fitting service worst experience, unprofessional obviously need re training I went to M&S and bought 3 bras that were fitted correctly.
