Purchased a used volvo from Peter Nov 2023. Seemed a very likeable chap and got the car ready in record time for me including throwing in a couple of tyres that would need replacing in the next 10k miles. Had a couple of minor issues within the last week and that's where the 5 stars comes from is Peters will to help and get it rectified. Went above and beyond and got a suitable resolution sorted for me. Anyone can get 5 stars selling a car but there's not many places that can do 5 star service on aftersales. Will certainly be approaching Peter for any further purchases.

Ford focus purchased 12 months ago, We have done less than 6,000 miles and it has just failed its MOT with Major defects suspension arm pin or bush excessively worn near side and offside. Also the anti roll bar linkage ball joint is excessively worn offside front. Has only been used on light journeys so query MOT history on this vehicle.

All seemed well, nice buying experience, seemed like a nice man, however, when purchasing the vehicle, Peter stated multiple times 'once it comes in here, its always our car, make sure you let us know if you have any problems with it', this made me feel at ease with the purchase, and he stated a new mot would be carried out. Less than 2 months, after having the car and not driving much at all, the wheel bearing was badly deteriorated. After letting Peter know, he was very defensive, said it wasn't his problem if the mot should have flagged the problem up and that was that. When I said, about the warranty and his promise about 'once its our car, its always out car', he had 'no idea what I was talking about' and refused any responsibility and wrong doings.
Disappointed after his heavy sales promises, that after only running it round a bit, and having to pay out money for a problem that should've at least been an advisory, he refused to take any responsibility.

Looked for a Corsa for a friend's daughter, found a low mileage, honest car with air con. Dealer pointed out any issues that they had found with the car and that they would be sorted before collection. Showed me the service history, we discussed items flagged on the previous MOT, all work had been done.Took it for a test drive, all good. Friend's daughter bought it and drove it home to London on the hottest day of the year and spent nearly 2 hours crawling through traffic jams on the M25. No faults, no dramas, car performed brilliantly - impressive for a 8 year old car with 55,000 on the clock.

Pete.. Lovely guy but unreliable car. We bought an insignia beginning of December and it broke down within the first week.. Then had problems with the brakes which he took back for us to look at and said there was no problem with the them.. As we came out of warranty the brakes were still not right and had to get them sorted at a garage. Then shortly after the car went into limp mode and also the garage came across another fault. Seems to be one thing after another iv never had so many problems with any car especially in such a short space of time
