Bought 1.5 kg spring lamb. Got morethan kilo of bones with no meat. Meat turned black. Not fresh at all. And they charged me £11.99 a kilo. Didn't even feel like cooking at all. Will never go again.

This is not the first time that this happened but I’ve given them about 3 more chances thinking that maybe, just maybe; things would be different. I bought some lamb last week Thursday in hopes of making it today and guess what? The meat is old. Old meat. I’m so digusted honestly. It’s not worth the price. It’s not worth the effort. Save your money and your time.

Compared to the traditional halal butchers THM have modernised the look and feel. Nice looking shop fronts, displays, frozen foods etc. but the quality of their meat in my opinion has very poor.
I had stopped buying from them but recently bought some mutton mince from them and as always it stinks of rotting meat before, during and after its been cooked. My usual meat shop's meat never smells bad like these guys.
The other annoying point is their unprofessional staff. They don't understand English and when you speak to them in Urdu/Punjabi they just talk over you and always try and sell you more than you've asked for.
Never again will I buy from them even if they are the last shop in London.

Rude and arrogant manager, very unhelpful. He's really giving Tariq Halal a bad reputation, not sure how he became a manager with that attitude. Unfortunate as the rest of the staff are good as is the quality of meat.

Very bad customer service. I bought some chicken thighs this morning and asked the staff who was behind the counter to clean and make it medium pieces. He started with with one piece and as soon I turn around to look other stuff. He put all the thighs in the bag and said all done. I was bit surprised but was getting late so, when I came home and checked was not done. Very rude and bad staff over the phone as well. Not recommended!!!!!!

Tariq Hallal is the best butcher in this area. All products are fresh, and you have been given a guarantee about the freshness of the meat. If you don't like they accept it without any hustle, but you will not need to do it.

Twice I have bought baby chickens and found quite a few pieces missing. Watch them when they prepare your chickens, they remove some pieces probably to sell separately. 😒

I don't want to give even a single star rating for this shop. First time when I bought raw baby chicken from this shop then I found that chicken smell is really bad which is not usual. I gave one more chance to Tariq Halal and then second time I bought one more baby chicken from same shop and this time I found near about 4-5 small plastic particles which is red in colour (anyone can easily think that it might be part of chicken bones).
Really horrible experience.. I tried to contact with Tariq Halal customer service but no response from them.
