Ordered a reaction board for my 6 year old son as a Christmas present. Arrived 28th November, wrapped and opened on 25th December. Tried multiple batteries but it was completely dead. Returns department finally responded to say 14 day return policy, no exceptions for Christmas. What a sham!

Our non for profit organisation purchased a large amount of sports equipment after a few months of waiting for all the equipment to be delivered we received a faulty badminton set. We have been trying to return this item for months and they are withholding the money saying they need to speak to their supplier. Avoid at all costs it is the worst customer services I have ever dealt with and they are thief’s.

Absolutely diabolical service and will never order from this company again. Put an order in 9 weeks ago for a table. They claimed it had been delivered to me with no proof of delivery and didn’t accept (believe) my claim that I had not received the goods. Took a further 4 weeks until they confirmed that it actually hadn’t been delivered to me and the supplier had lost the item and would re send, which I am still yet to received. Many phone calls, phone cut off’s and excuses later until I could finally cancel my order, which I have done. Now Awaiting a refund…………..

Very disappointed I. This company. Have ordered off them previously with no issue however I ordered my son the extra wide bubble tube for his Christmas present. Due to be dispatched on the 20th December. We are now on the 8th January and no bubble tube, no replies to my emails. Terrible customer service, DO NOT buy from these cowboys.

I order a Winther Trike from TTS on the 29th August for my grandsons birthday, and i was told i would receive the item by the 4th September. I have now been told that this date has been pushed back to the 22nd september, and this may also change again. Why does my grandson have to wait almost a month for his birthday present, and then that is not guaranteed. It is very difficult to explain to a child, especially when he has trying learning difficulties. I JUST HOPE IT IS WORTH THE WAIT?

As we don't get funded and rely on charity money to purchase arts and crafts.
I thought TTS was the cheapest and the quality was good.
But now our children's departments will not be using this company again.
As we are left with a bill for an order which we only asked for a quote for but someone in tts decided upon themselves to place the order with consulting either me or the charity first. so when it came I had presumed our charity ordered it but they have said they did not place it and there is no record of who placed the order
And now we have to either return it or pay for it.
this order came in May and we are now in September so obviously the children who are sick and in hospital have been enjoying doing activities with the things.
wanted to do no stars but it would not let me do that

DELAY DELAY DELAY... WITH NO EMPATHY
Ordered a couple of children's oven trolleys, which were meant to be a 3 week lead time. I chased a week after they were due, to be told that they were delayed by a further 3 weeks. I then receive an email 4 workings days before the new due date to be notified that they will be a further 3 weeks. When you ask for a detailed explanation, so that you can at least understand the issue, they are unable to answer. They come across as if they don't know much about the operations of their own company, which makes the seem either disinterested or incompetent.

Terrible to deal with. Orders placed months ago, are arriving in dribs and drabs. Some items are replaces with no explanations and with other company products. It is taking loads more time to sort the orders out as they are all so messy.

Go up
