Poor quality. Bought a pair of trousers and seams came away after just one wear.

When i was in the fitting room, i could hear a male staff member being very patronising to his staff, he sounded very rude and i cant imagine the staff here are treated very well. i work in retail also and found his behaviour to be very unprofessional.

Popped into the Lakeside branch this afternoon and a very sweet kind empathetic young man think his name was Peter helped me with my return very friendly and he is a credit to the company I have worked in customer services before and this is the service appreciate!

Clothes are over priced and only last 1 wear. I’ve bought tops that go bobbly within 1 wash. I spent £60 on a coat that is ruined within a few wears. If you need different sizes while in the changing rooms staff don’t help even if the store is quiet, you have to get changed again and get the size yourself.

If I could give this place a 0, I wish I could! Disgusting staff who discriminated against me because I was wearing a hijab and accused me of shoplifting and threatened to ban me from the store. I’ve come to this store plenty times before so not sure why on this occasion I was falsely accused of suspicious behaviour. I was extremely offended at the way the staff handled this situation. They accused me of taking in 2 items to the changing room and leaving with one, when asked to check the CCTV, they said they’re not allowed. It’s clear that the staff here have an agenda against certain groups of people as I was the only Muslim girl in the store and they chose to target me. Horrible place.

Really dissatisfied, made me feel un welcome, colleagues speaking in their own language and suspected me of shoplifting. Employees need training.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. Not only do they sell French souvenir type of clothing - completely tacky and unstylish - but they told me and my husband to leave the store because we had empty drink cups in our hands! Ridiculous! If your apparel is going to look like Temu TRASH you do not have the right to such entitlement.
