Great business where they restore appliances and sell them at a reasonable price. I bought my machine 10 years ago and again now with excellent quality rather than always going to the big boys. Many are hesitant with 2nd hand goods, but there are good companies u can trust like this one. They maybe very busy sometimes so u many have to be patient to get the callback, so I popped in and it was worth the wait.

I contacted Fizz to see if he could come and connect my electric cooker following my recent move. Fizz was very polite and professional on the phone and told me I lived close by and would be round in 20 minutes. The job was installed very well, quickly and professionally. Store is packed to the rafters with used fridges, ovens, and other white goods. I stopped by to see if they could help source a replacement oven fan motor.

It was quite an odd ball experience with the proprietor—he was busy banging away at a fridge, didn't greet or acknowledge me, and seemed genuinely surprised to have a customer.

Ultimately, I was referred to another place in Hanworth.

Didn't turn up for 3 different bookings we made for a washing machine callout. Never communicated that they wouldn't be able to make it, not even considerate enough to apologise when we called to see if they were ever would. They just kept fobbing us off, giving us another date and time they clearly made up on the spot. Honestly, I can't believe how many good reviews they have, I suspect most of them are fake or perhaps from times under previous ownership and management. Can't speak on their quality of work but based on their lack of simple communication and time keeping skills, they probably did us a favour.

If possible I would give 0 Stars, the customer service was appalling. Had an appointment booked last Friday. Waited at home all day, no one turned up, after calling them, they told us they couldn't attend (2 hours after our appointment time). Then they rebooted for yesterday and didn't turn up. Called again today for an 11am appointment, to be told it's between 12 and 1. Now they haven't turned up at all and when I enquired about it, they just told me they were busy; bearing in mind we had an appointment. No time given just, and I quote "Later yeah" AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD. WASTE OF TIME.
