Absolutely embarrassing. I pulled up and two young ladies outside the entrance vaping and laughing pointing towards Toolstation basically telling customers go over there. I decided to go to Toolstation and got great service.

Very good experience. Have been to the shop twice. Once to buy something, other to get an advice.
Both the time I was dealt with care and my queries were fully addressed.

Thank you for such an amazing culture for customers.
And all precautions were in place relating to distancing, following guidelines etc.

Went on the 25th September 2019 to purchase an bathroom tap. Came to learn that it was one that had to be ordered and that it would come the following day. Placed my order and the man took my mobile number informing me that they would text me when it arrived. I waited for a text message until today when I decided to give them a ring. Calls go through a central location so I had to wait to be connected. When I got through I was informed that the tap had come in but he did not know why I was not sent a text. Went into collect and although there are about 6 service tills only one was manned. One person was being served and there was a problem with the printer and one other was waiting before me. Sadly he did not call for someone else to come and serve so it was a slightly long wait. Glad I do not purchase too often from them unless it is something I cannot get from elsewhere. Unhappy with their service.

Very poor customer service. Treat me like a criminal. Just because the couple in front me told me there were not ready and let me go first. The staff was talking to somebody and didn't see me walked in. I wasn't aware I had to wait for his call. But didn't your school teacher teach you how to speak politely. Policy changes everyday. There's no staff outside today.

Popped into your Hanworth branch as I walked in and waited at the counter to be served a Screwfix staff came in behind me and went behind the counter, then another man came in saying “i forgot to get something” and she immediately started to serve him instead of me. Even though I had been waiting. I find this totally unacceptable, unprofessional.
Wouldn’t use this branch, if you want something go to the Sunbury On Thames branch they are much nicer and way more professional.

I’m only giving this branch a one star, Screwfix as a whole are a 5 star company.
