Really bad experience with this shop. Too exclusive and not very friendly to non polish customers. I bought some food items to give as a gift as recommended by my polish friends, I paid for the items realising I was overcharged for one of them. They tried to give me my money back but in cash only not back in my original payment method of card (this is very suspicious!) And I asked why they were giving my money back when I wanted to buy the item just in the right price as it showed on the shelf - they checked and said that apparently there is a new price for it. As a customer I should still have had the right to be refunded the overcharge according to the price as I saw as that was their fault for not making sure the price was changed on the shelf - this is misleading to customers and customers have the right to claim.

Because of this, I will never go back to buy in this shop again, and I do NOT recommend people who are not polish to go in there. I sadly had to succumb just this one time because I had to get the food item as a present for a loved one. A very bad representation of the polish people and culture. Imagine, if they act like this here in London, how much more do they act like this in their country to outsiders - how will they expect people to actually visit Poland itself if they take advantage of nonpolish people like this? Very not trustworthy.

Great store - very clean and has very nice customer services. Polish ladies are giving fantastic service at the cashier point and on the floor... Amazing!!! I will shop there again for sure.. Food prices are a bit too high, but food is Good and delicious..

Huge range of quality Polish products, very friendly staff. The shop is always clean. Cakes are awesome!

it is worth checking the expiry date, especially of classic packaged hot dogs, they are often expired or too close to their date .Additionally, they are overpriced not hot dogs 😉
