All the shops there are good and the staff excellent, but DON'T park there. If you park the tiniest bit over a white line you'll get a ÂŖ100 fine, Yes, really. The unscrupulous parking company there DON'T WANT YOU TO SHOP THERE, no matter how much you spend there, If you park for one minute over the free slot you WILL get a ÂŖ100 fine and security photos of you arriving & leaving yet if you have your car damaged, broken into or your bicycle stolen (all very common occurrences there) security refuse access to their camera evidence. Research I've carried out shows an amazing amount of people won't shop there anymore 'on principal' because of the bad reputation of the company that runs the parking 'excel parking'. Another scam they use is, if you pay for anything in the shops there and come again a couple of hours later to collect, you'll be sent a photo of you arriving on your 1st visit together with a photo of you leaving on your 2nd visit and a ÂŖ100 fine "because you've been there all day", but they'll deliberately omit photos of you LEAVING on your earlier visit and that of you ARRIVING for your 2nd visit. Can't wait for them to lose their contract because of their discouraging people from shopping there.

Be aware of unscrupulous parking sharks.
I made 4 separate purchases at 3 of the 5 stores in the complex. So a genuine customer.
Got fined for overstaying the parking limit.

How is it justifiable to fine me for using the parkinglot for it's intended purpose albeit for longer than the average person (which i assume is what the parking time limit is based on)

I appealed the fine and it got denied. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.

Took it the Independent Appeals Service which automatically means my fine is now ÂŖ120!!!

I actually had to do a 2 visits to Asda for the second half of my shopping as i had my baby with me which means i can only carry a limited amount of items around in my basket and to the car by myself.

Parking company would rather i pack my kids in the car to drive out and then straight back into the complex to continue my shopping at ASDA to satisfy their time limits. That is just unreasonable.

I have to buy baby products at ASDA but I will certainly not make the mistake again to peruse their aisles to discover new products and give them more share of my monthly shopping spend again.

For a local range of shops this is good. Asda, Halfords, TKMax and a sports shop. Parking is ample.
I regularly use the first two and always find the staff knowledgable and helpful.

Plenty parking but lacking of quality shops. Above all public toilets. Don't get caught short around here. Visited Halfords, but the shop seems to have a lack of staff, and the car "number plate" machine was broken. So left to shop at Asda, smaller market than the usual big branches the have, for some essentials. Sports Direct has an outlet here. It seems about the place lacks of a bigger chain or department store to attract more customers.
