Oh, what a delightful experience! I went to drop off a parcel, just a modest 50cm by 40cm. You know, nothing extravagant. But the miserable, man/cashier, oh the charm immediately hit me with, "Too big, no I can't take it."

How wonderfully helpful! When I, in my desperation, begged for some assistance, & queried why, he graciously ignored me and went back to his mobile. How professional!!
When I asked why his establishment is listed as a drop off point, he shrugged his shoulders!! I now have to reprint, & reopen up my parcel. Not to mention, my parcel is now past its deadline, so it'll cost me. But he didn't seem to care one bit!!

And let’s not forget the newsagents/store itself—an absolute paradise! So dusty, dingy, and full of charm. Truly a breathtaking atmosphere. Honestly, what a disgusting experience.

I recently attempted to drop off a 52cm baby gate at a Yodel drop-off location, following the instructions provided on the Yodel website. However, when I arrived, the staff informed me that they don’t accept “big parcels,” despite the fact that my parcel’s dimensions were within the limits listed on the website for drop-off.

This was frustrating because I had double-checked the details on the Yodel website before heading to the shop, and it seemed like the parcel should be accepted according to the guidelines provided. It would be helpful if the Yodel website and drop-off locations were more consistent in terms of what is considered acceptable in size, or if staff at these locations were better informed on parcel sizing rules.

It would be great to get more clarity around size restrictions to avoid confusion and wasted trips in the future.

Needed a couple of stamps, v long queue at the post office . Went to this shop and paid £1.75 per1st class stamp. As i seldom buy stamps I checked with royal mail. 1st class stamp is £1.65!!! Shops are NOT supposed to charge more than the going rate , sheer extortion will never ever go to that shop again, so buyers beware.

Very rude cashier, seemed annoyed when I asked for an Amazon parcel as he was busy rolling up a cigarette. If you don't like working in a corner shop stay home mate, don't need to see your miserable face every time I walk in. I've been living here for nearly 15 years and the old owners were very nice, these new guys seem to have a chip on their shoulder for some reason.

Very rude men that are manipulative and abusive to young women. Continuously angry when I take parcels to post there, talking to eachother complaining about me being there and Asking me to come back later. I've lived here for 26 years and it's unsettling that this is my neighbourhood newsagent. You've offered a yodel service therefore provide it. Avoid this place at all costs please everyone! If you're looking for a friendly local newsagent service look elsewhere .

Terrible owner is ok but staff very rude when dropping off yodel parcels start shouting and only allowing certain times to drop them always have a problem

Terrible service on Sunday 22 May. The rudest man on the counter. Would not cash in my scratch cards (one £10 and one £5 win). I asked why he wouldn’t cash in my winnings, he accused me of trying to scam him, saying I look dodgy. I get embarrassed in front of other customers and really taken aback. Please do not shop here.
