I bought sausages in this store that were expired meat products. When I brought them home and started cooking, they were covered in foam. I threw them away. Who will compensate me for this?

Favourite local shop, great and fresh products. I found a lot of Bulgarian products for my partner and also products similar to my own country-Slovakia. Lovely staff members are always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 ratings I would… staff have no idea about anything giving wrong information.. the Asian guy that works there who claims his the manager is rude n have lot of ego of having many stores ( in his words) he doesn’t know to talk to the customers at all…was giving only attention to the polish customers… never going there again

the minced meat I got home and had a whole family of flies in it .... I don't buy meat from there in my life/ I'm back again with another addition..... the chicken breast is worth throwing away, bought today. ...shame on Ana for not controlling what you sell to the world.... disgusting and insensitive on the part of the store

I don’t understand polish, there was two guys speaking polish when I asked for two pieces of cake, they Looked at each other continuing speaking polish and laughing, for the moment I didn’t realise why they were laughing... but I realise when I got home. Hard like a stone and moldy🤮

Good quality polish food. Wide variety. Reasonable prices. Everything you may need for your kitchen...from breadcrumbs to fresh meat, pasta, food in cans.
Nice and friendly staff. Recommended to visit.

Unethical and inappropriate conduct, including dishonest staff, misappropriation of customer funds, raising one's voice at customers, discriminatory practices, and refusal to complete a sale when errors are brought to light, were encountered during my recent visit.

Today, I visited the establishment to purchase vegetables and noticed an incorrect charge at the counter. Upon requesting a correction, the cashier consulted with a colleague after checking the price on the shelf. Subsequently, she informed me that they would refund the overcharge in cash. Despite my acceptance, the cashier provided an inaccurate refund amount.

Upon pointing out the miscalculation, an individual named 'DAS' interjected, stating that he would handle the matter. 'DAS' proceeded to raise his voice unnecessarily, confiscated the goods, and refused to complete the sale. When questioned, he asserted their right to refuse a sale, even though the product remained available on the counter. The refusal appeared to be a reaction to my highlighting of the incorrect charge, exposing dishonest behavior and an attempt to cheat the customer out of their money.

In essence, the sale had been concluded, and yet, during the process of addressing the mistake, the treatment received was unprofessional and unjust

I love it. They have such good prices and such good food. I haven't tried the meat (I am on diet, no more meat at all) and I have not tried the cakes from near the counter. I don't expect them to be fresh. They would sit there around 3-4 days before adding new fresh ones. But who cares about the cakes? I like their shop and the prices are awesome.
