Ordered a large delivery a few weeks ago, Very happy with all the things I bought from here, products are very well made and sturdy. All products on the websites have product sizes (and entry hole sizes) listed in the description which makes it a lot easier to tell if they are big enough for the rats. Shipped faster than I expected (ordered on the weekend and it had arrived by Wednesday afternoon), very reasonably priced, the rats love all of their new toys and snacks, especially the new Sputnik (more than big enough for both) and lava ledge. We had had a lot of trouble sourcing the hamster cage, two previous companies took our money even though they didn’t have the item in stock. We were so pleased to be able to find one at Scarlett’s and Tristan confirmed so promptly that it was in stock and it was despatched really quickly. It arrived on our daughter’s birthday and saved the day! Little Dmitry is really happy in his fancy home. First class communication and service, we’d highly recommend this company.

Excellent place for ALL small animal essentials . They have a big range of toys , accessories , food & treats and cleaning products . They do sell cages ( but not adequate sizes to meet the UK minimum standards unfortunately).

I've ordered form the twice now and will continue to do so . Delivery is quick and secure . I'm very happy with everything I've bought and so glad I found this company . Would recommend to any avid small pet lover .

Biggest range you could ask for, especially for consumables like treats and chews for my rats and chinchilla. Even happier spending the money for a family business and not a giant chain. Prices are always great too 🙂
