Dealing with them has been nothing short of amazing! They went above and beyond to find what I so desperately needed, and I was just a stranger at the time. Maria E. is a customer service goddess, she is as efficient as she is pleasant and no silly questions were laughed at (and I had a few!). She is the only one who found the exact items I needed whilst Everyone else was trying the easy road and selling me replacements.

Hundreds of SORAA lightbulb later, I am no stranger to Balcan anymore and I would rate them 10 stars if I could! Thank you to Maria and her colleagues for making my life easier every time 🙂
