Dreadful service from this pharmacy. Generally rude staff. My husband called in to buy Night Nurse capsules. After 20 questions the pharmacist was called over and the purchase was declined. Not the first time this has happened. Looking at previous reviews I'm surprised that certain staff are still allowed to work there. They seem more determined to find a reason not to buy a medication. Shameful service

The old lady behind the counter was rude and abruptly told me they don't sell over the counter pain killers? Every pharmacy sell pain relief? I am putting in a personal complaint due to be told misinformation that is effecting locals . How can one member of staff ruin a community service?

Seen the complaints about customer service? Believe them.
Been to this pharmacy 3 times over the holidays and have been rude and like I’m inconveniencing them every single time.
This time just shouted “boots” at me whilst the pharmacist explained my prescription has gone to boots. Boots kindly informed me that it was sent to my nominated pharmacy in Liverpool and just to call them and they will fulfil it.
If there’s a worst customer service team in Horncastle, give to these guys. Got as much empathy as a stick, should not be working with the sick and vulnerable. More training for customer service staff needed!! Especially older lady with glasses as mentioned… give her more training for the good of Horncastle so we don’t have to deal with that awful attitude

Awful. Staff are not interested and rude. Went to see the pharmacist showed no interest only in selling me a modern version of snake oil…. 14 hrs later and a call to 111 got the treatment that I actually needed and requested (this is a reoccurring problem so I’m well versed with the symptoms/procedure) I honestly believe pharmacist here is not only incompetent but actually dangerous. She a killer. Or will be if she’s not careful

Brilliant pharmacy, always friendly and helpful. My son has many challenging medication needs that are hard to find for community pharmacies. But they manage to either find alternatives or have their supplier make it. I've rang them many many times and they have always been kind.

Came away from Kent and forgot my insulin!
They were brilliant here and after my doctor prescribed my insulin they had it ready in seconds. Lovely staff very happy with the service

It seems to me that from the numerous other reviews complaining about the older "lady" behind the counter that I've now had the "pleasure" of being served (not) by her. She is rude, obnoxious and clearly has ideas above her station. I can not believe after so many bad reviews about her that she is still working at this pharmacy. She is dragging this shop down and loosing customers for you all the time! Vertually accused me of being an addict. How dare she humiliate and embrace customers? Who does she think she is? She isn't even a pharmacist ! I will NEVER set foot in this place again while this awful woman is still working for you. There really is no need to talk down to custythe way she does. Time to get rid of her and employ someone who can do the job properly with a smile and great customers with respect!

Hobbled in with my broken leg in a boot... asked specifically for aspirin as a replacement for heparin injections I'd turned down at Lincoln County. Old lady wanders off mumbling 'I'll need to ask the pharmacist'. I shouts after her 'I am a pharmacist!' (4yrs in Roche labs)...
'Have you got a doctors note...'
Gaddsakes..got some Anadin at supermarket.
Is she a Church lady or something? She seems to think every customer younger than 70 is a troublemaker.
