I contacted this optician today as I was concerned about my right eye.
I was experiencing some irritation, it felt as though I had something in my eye and was concerned that if I kept rubbing my eye I may cause some damage.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and fitted me in to see the optician without hesitation.
The optician was very personable, ensured he thoroughly checked my eye and assured me that I had caused no damage and no foreign object could be found in my eye.
After the check and the movement of my eye it seemed to have eased whatever was causing the irritation and the discomfort has since subsided.
Extremely helpful, friendly staff.
Top marks for customer service and efficiency.
