Dolly's was the first dress shop I visited and I am so glad I came here first as it was where I found my dream dress. Gemma and her mum were so friendly and welcoming, opening their arms to myself and bridal party. I was instant put at ease and felt confident that I would find what I wanted and would be supported throughout the journey.
I loved that everyone was able to walk around the shop and look at all the dresses, tagging what ones we would like to see on. At no point was I rushed, told I couldn't try any more on or pushed into trying something that wasn't my style. They listened to exactly what I wanted, found what parts of the dresses I liked and disliked and focused on my opinion and what made me smile. As soon as I put my dress on I knew it was the one.
It is clear to see how much they both care about their brides and shop from the moment you walk in. Thank you so much to the both of you and I will miss coming to see you x

I had such a wonderful experience at Dolly’s ever since the first time I walked into their charming boutique. Gemma and her mum are so knowledgeable with all things wedding dresses and sooo accommodating! I had a list of dress features that I would want on my dress and they just magically procured “the one” that fit all the criteria. Aside from their expertise, they also made me feel so pampered and extra special while I was searching for my dream dress which also made the whole experience something that I will cherish throughout my whole life. Being such an introverted person who does not like attention, I somehow found myself really enjoying and immersing into my wedding dress experience and somehow finding my elusive confidence- all thanks to these lovely ladies. They are so encouraging and so warm all throughout giving me a lot of helpful feedback without ever being forceful. I cannot thank you both enough and I will always recommend you to others looking for their dream dress. I’m sure you will make their experience just as magical as mine!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Dolly's! The ladies were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. They have a beautiful selection of dresses, and helped me find lots of options to try. My dress is Elora by Madi Lane and is just the most beautiful dress I have ever worn. My review is quite late (just had my first anniversary!) but I wanted to make sure I came back to give this lovely shop a glowing review. They gave me a cute Dolly's champagne glass when I bought the dress, which I used on the wedding morning. Cheers!

From the first message to my bridal appointment Gemma & her mum have been so lovely and supportive. A dress I’d had my eye on since getting engaged had been discontinued 3 months before my original appointment was planned. I messaged Gemma in a bit of a state and was reassured it would still be there for me to try on. After booking a last minute appointment after Christmas I gathered my family and off we went to Dolly’s. From the welcome to the end, Gemma and her mum were warm and welcoming, quickly picking up that I was nervous and listening to what I liked and didn’t like. They quickly became a part of my hype squad and made me feel like an absolute princess. It was really important to me that I didn’t feel rushed or swayed into a choice I didn’t want and I can hand on heart say at no point did I ever feel rushed or pushed. Amazingly the dress I had my eye on was a million percent the dress for me and I left one very happy bride! Despite my dress being discontinued, Gemma very kindly offered to store it for me until I’m ready to collect. I’m already looking forwards to coming back and picking her up.

Highly highly recommend Dolly’s Bridal Boutique! I had the best time trying on the beautiful dresses and found ‘the one’. Gemma and her mum were so welcoming to me and my bridal party, greeted with huge smiles and bubbly! I visited Dolly’s for my first ever dress appointment so went in a bit nervous but that soon disappeared because of the warm welcome. An amazing experience wedding dress shopping yesterday at Dolly's Bridal. Great location, plenty of easy parking and a very warm welcome. Beautiful shop and their knowledge is second to none. I had the pleasure of attending an appointment to find a dress last Saturday and the ladies were amazing, so friendly and attentive, not at all pushy and really helped me in narrowing down the styles I liked the most.
