She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional at all times. After Amy got an insight about me and the kind of dress I was after she recommend I try a dress on that i ended up saying yes to! Honestly, I have been to a few wedding dress shops and this one is just simply the best! We were graced by the presence of Tracey, who was so welcoming and lovely offered us all a drink while we all had to chose some dresses in different styles so out beautiful bride to be try them on. But we all got involved and were all so engaged in the process, you can tell they care about the work they do and how important it is for the bride to look and feel beautiful, recommending ideas for the dress and sugguestions for different dresses/ featurs, making amazing notes of the bride-to-be's preferences. Excellent knowledge of complimentary clothing and how it can compliment their wearers features <3 The Venue is stunning and cosey at the same time and every time the bride to be walked out she has these amazing slide doors it was just such a moment. For every dress. She was so patient and gave us the time we needed while we all took pictures so we can use that as a reference point for styles. Honestly this place will get you excited for the wedding. Their range is amazing for lots of ladies and a great range of styles, sizes and types of dress is just amazing. MY FRIEND PICKED HER DRESS AND IM EXCITED!!! <3 Amazing place, amazing dresses and amazing experience Tracey you are fabulous! :D

Had a fantastic experience at Icon yesterday, Tracey was so wonderful! It was my first experience trying on dresses and I had no idea what would suit me, but by the end of the session Tracey knew more about me than I did myself!

I went into Icon Bridal not expecting find my dress after having one or 2 visits elsewhere and feeling deflated - but oh my was I wrong.

From the second I stood foot inside it was unlike any other bridal store I had previously visited. The atmosphere was amazing - both friendly and inviting but a serious touch of elegance.

Tracey was wonderful, constantly supporting me and also giving me her honest opinion when I needed it most. She knew exactly what to help me with and was so friendly and warm.

After visits to others and then visiting here - nowhere else compared, not just for the dresses but also for the whole experience.
