Came in multiple times over the last year or so and consistently received amazing service from a lovely young girl with a cane. Almost everytime I come in she remembers me and what I'm looking for and knows exactly what to show me, remembers my sizes and what I've already got better than I do! Makes the experience so comfortable. Even stopped to say hello again after the end of her shift. Amazing customer service, a real credit to the store.

Look online at opening times and says open from 9am, I'm currently outside at 10.24 and no one there and shop locked up.. If the hours have changed, atleast have the decency to let your customers know

I absolutely loved my experience in store today!
Zoe was absolutely amazing.

Me and my partner came in store and I’ve never had a measurement done before in my life, Zoe helped me with this and all the different types of bras & sizes etc. Zoe was so educated and knowledgeable with what I needed and wanted. I’m so happy, I walked out feel comfortable and so proud with a selection of new bras!

Sunday staff are incredibly rude, one lady follows you round like a hawk and then slags you off with the other colleagues just for talking about the products. Usually have a lovely experience here. Sunday staff really need to get a grip
